Shipping policy

We ship all over the U.S. and Canada from our store in Indiana. Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after they are placed so your darling dog won't have to wait very long! After a holiday, sale, or new product launch we may need a couple extra days to catch up on packaging so please be patient.

 

Tracking my Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided you will be able to track your order by visiting the carrier's website or through the Shop app. If you still have questions, please reach out to us at info@darlingdakota.com.

 

Shipping Services/Fees

Shipping occurring within the U.S. and Canada will be fulfilled by UPS. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

 

Duties/Taxes/Customs Fees

Darling Dakota does not collect VAT, duties, customs or taxes, and we cannot predict what particular charges you may encounter. VAT, duties, customs or taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and charges due upon delivery are the buyer's responsibility. If you’d like to determine whether there will be additional costs, please reach out to your country's customs office before placing an order!
