Products, Orders, & shipping

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

All orders can be returned within 30 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Are there any shipping costs?

All orders over $99 will be delivered for free.

For orders under $99 a shipping cost will be charged that will be calculated at checkout. This cost will be vary depending on location of shipment.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to info@darlingdakota.com. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking code by email. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before tracking is available. Can't track your package after 48hrs? Please send us an email to info@darlingdakota.com and we will contact the shipping company.

How do I redeem a gift card?

All Gift Cards are digital so you are able to redeem your Gift Card by entering the code provided by email. This code can be entered into the Gift Card field during checkout to be used.

When will a product be restocked?

We work hard to restock all of the out-of-stock items as quickly as possible, but we don’t always have exact dates for specific items. If you’re waiting on a specific item, be sure to email us at info@darlingdakota.com and we can let you know if we have an anticipated date for when it might be back in stock!

Are there any products available that are not listed on your website?

The only products we have for sale are all listed on our website. If you don’t see something for sale, then we don’t have it! We always announce new products and back-in-stock collections, so be sure to sign up for emails and follow us on social media.

Yes, we do! We wholeheartedly believe that every dog deserves to be loved so it is our goal to get them adopted. We can't take them all home so we're on a mission to help as many rescues as possible while the pups wait for their forever families.
